The Christmas Village

It is impossible to pass through Liege during the month of December without making a detour to its famous Christmas Village, often presented as the oldest and most ancient Christmas market in Belgium. With its 200 chalets, it attracts every year many people who come to taste food products and discover original products sold in its alleys. Much more than a market, the Christmas Village is a real entity with its aldermen, its mayor, its citizens of honor ... who animate for over a month its wooden streets. For the past 30 years, it has become the must-see event of the end-of-year celebrations.
