For several generations, the concordia has been one of Liège's finest establishments. Just a few steps from the station, you can eat the famous "boulets" (meatballs) with "real" Belgian-style fries and homemade mayonnaise, the filet américain (steak tartare) prepared in the restaurant, the mussels and the famous sauerkraut on 1 January.
